Ayurveda Workshop: Embracing the Season of Letting Go with Erna

Join us for a nourishing Ayurveda workshop designed for the fall Vata season—a time of movement, change, and letting go. Together, we’ll explore how Vata energy shows up in the body and mind, especially when it drifts out of balance, and learn simple ways to restore grounding and calm. Every participant will receive a personalized dosha assessment, along with daily practices and rituals that support all body types during Vata season—helping you feel grounded, balanced, and deeply connected.

Guiding this workshop is Erna Mladenovic, a N.A.M.A Certified Ayurveda Counselor who specializes in Manomaya Kosha, the Mental Body. Erna finds joy in helping others rediscover inner balance through breathwork, meditation, and compassionate practices that release old patterns (samskaras) and invite a calmer, clearer mind. Her passion lies in empowering people to truly know themselves and become their own intuitive healers—because our bodies are always speaking, and she can help you learn how to listen.

Our Root to Rise Retreat is designed to give you exactly that. Through yoga, meditation, and an Ayurvedic workshop, you’ll learn simple, lasting practices to restore balance. Nourishing, seasonal meals and the beauty of nature will support your body, while self-love photoshoots and women’s circles create space for connection, transformation, and renewal.

You don’t have to keep pouring from an empty cup. This is your invitation to let go, root deeply, and return home to yourself—supported by community, guided practices, and the healing rhythm of the season.
